Site Selection
Once a Credit Union has determined that a new facility is required, whether it’s a relocation, an expansion, or simply to provide branching, we will administer our professional services to assist in the completion of the business plan.
- We will work closely with the real estate broker to determine the size of building and/or site necessary to satisfy the requirements established by the Credit Union.
- Next, we will provide our professional advice on the suitability of the location with respect to the required compliance of zoning and building codes, ease of access, ADA compliance and any other factors that will affect the future needs and desires of the client.
- A thorough analysis of the chosen site is performed, with a keen, experienced look at the marketability, presence, building location and visual impact on the general public and current or potential membership.
- In addition, development of a budget estimate for costs on one or more choices can be completed to provide comparisons and to assist in the decision making process for satisfaction of the business plan and desired growth.
